JOB SUMMARY
As a member of the Global Design Team, the incumbent is responsible to ensure Marriott International’s Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP)Design Standards for New Built and Conversion Hotels are implemented in Asia Pacific Excluding China. Supporting the Project Manager from Global Design Project team, he/she is to work closely with and provide guidance to the hotel’s ownership team and consultants, from design to implementation, till final handover to the hotel operation’s team.
A key responsibility of the role is to stay updated with the latest standards provided from Marriott International’s HQ and streamline MEP strategies across regions and ensuring best practices are implemented.
The incumbent will also be expected to lead a team of third-party (MEP) consultants that are located in various regions within APEC.
