Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Establish manufacturing procedures and proper documentation control
• Build new Manufacturing Job Instruction Sheets (JIS), NC program and Tool/Gauge plan with Simens NX
• Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment
• Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback
• Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion
• Initiate continuous improvement activities to existing manufacturing system and its related processes
• Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs
• Put up justification for capital expenditure (CAPEX)

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma with 3 years relevant experience in an Engineering discipline
• Good team player with interpersonal skills
• Competent in Unigraphics NX CAD/CAM applications (selected candidates will be tested for competency)
• Competent in GD&T
• Competent in SAP
• Competent in Lean Manufacturing
• Competent in MS office applications

  Candidates with the following skillset will be an advantage:

• Competent in Vericut (selected candidates will be tested for competency)
• Competent in NX post (selected candidates will be tested for competency)
• Competent in PFMEA
