[What you will be working on]
In this pivotal role, you will be part of the SPB, dedicated to ensuring the continued operations of SEHCs through managing the contractual terms, policies and renewals of the SEHCsβ contracts which governs the operating model of SEHCs. You will:
Review contractual policies (e.g. building requirements, operator performance measures, operational policies, programming, and sustainability of the business model)
Call tenders to appoint the SEHCsβ operators (e.g. preparation of tender documents, tender briefing, tender evaluations, etc.)
Execute contract renewals and contract variations
Engage and work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of tenders, programmes, and initiatives
Prepare reports, submissions, and presentation materials as well as present to management and stakeholders
Provide inputs to Parliamentary Questions regarding SEHCs and contribute to Committee of Supply (COS) preparation
Take on other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time
[What we are looking for]
We seek candidate who has the following qualities:
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore Public Service
Familiar with government procurement processes and procedures
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Possesses the grit, patience, and openness to bring a task to completion, take in diverse views and ensure its smooth and timely delivery
Possesses a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and pride in delivering excellence
Excellent in written and verbal communications
Analytical and able to work independently
A good team player with well-rounded interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Willing to work outside normal office hours occasionally to attend to urgent queries and requests
