Sales Submission
- Processing of sales submissions from representatives for submission to product providers
- Checking of submission documents based on regulatory and internal guidelines to assess the status of submission & follow through on required rectification(s) where necessary
- Perform customer due diligence and onboarding
- Identification and escalation of potential risks for customers and/or sales submissions
- Perform accurate lodgement of sales submissions and relevant submission acceptances on providers’ portal
- Attend to queries from product providers, representatives or inter-department teams
- Adherence to regulatory and internal guidelines for processing functions
- Meeting of KPIs – accuracy, quality output and service levels
Systems
- Identify/highlight interdependencies when analyzing issues and proactive to propose resolution
- Participation in system enhancement activities
- Provision and review of system requirements
- Performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for changes implementation and issue logs raised
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for processing functions with interdependencies
General Administration
- Distribute and maintain proper records of all policy documents (i.e. returned applications, forms, cheques,..etc from principals
- Scan, index and maintain all received sales submissions in the Representatives’ folders
- Pack internal documents and arrange for retention at offsite storage (relating to new submissions)
- Maintenance of records for Principals endorsed batch lists and courier services consignment notes
- Management and dissemination of providers’ announcements/updates
- Review/Update Standing Operating Procedure manual on a regular basis
- Backup for induction training for newly appointed representatives on sales submission process
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum 2-3 years preferably in banking/financial industry
- Possess knowledge in financial products (such as insurance and investment)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
