Field Marketing Manager – APAC (VoIP, UC, Telecom)

Position Description:Our client a global MNC in VoIP/UC/CC is seeking to add a Field Marketing Manager with 2-3 years' experience in B2B technology marketing in the IT/telecom/tech sector to support its business growth in APAC. The role will be based in Singapore, providing marketing and lead management support in APAC and other markets as required. This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the early stage of their marketing career to join a successful, dynamic technology business and to gain valuable marketing, business development and multi-national experience.Responsibilities:Field Marketing- Plan and execute field marketing activities in line with objectives and budget, as guided by marketing leadership and aligned with local sales/business leaders.
- Drive demand generation and brand credibility with target end customers and partners through marketing initiatives and campaigns, including but not limited to:
- Events (live and virtual/online conferences & tradeshows)
- Digital marketing (email, digital media platforms, digital advertising, social media)
- Engagement with local press/media and influencers/analysts
- Content creation and localization (video blogs, blog posts, case studies, web content etc)
- Social media evangelist in local markets.
- Engage with channel partners to drive co-marketing activities to generate leads and build brand.
- Engage with strategic partners such as Microsoft to generate leads and build brand.
- Work with marketing colleagues in HQ, NA and EMEA to leverage & regionalize global campaigns
Lead Management- Follow up, qualify and convert incoming leads/MQLs to sales opportunities.
- Work with local sales to track lead quality and effectiveness
Requirements:- University degree or professional qualification in marketing or business.
- 2-3 years successful marketing experience in a B2B technology sector, either unified communications, telecom, software, IT, managed services, SaaS and/or cloud technologies.
- Experience in B2B demand generation initiatives including via digital marketing.
- Strong oral/written communication skills, business led but comfortable with technology.
- Experience in creating and delivering presentations to customers and partners.
- Experience in executing marketing initiatives jointly with partners.
- Experienced user of Microsoft 365 applications - Teams, Office apps.
- Experience in using marketing automation and CRM tools.
