The Finance Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support decision-making and financial planning. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly and quarterly financial statements, budget vs. actual analysis, and forecasts.
- Assist in the development of financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for significant deviations from budget or forecast.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including data collection and analysis.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Masters degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Finance Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
