What you’ll be doing?
We’re seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Account Management, APAC to lead and inspire our regional Account Management Team. Reporting to the Director of International Accounts, you’ll set the strategic vision, drive operational excellence, and cultivate a high-performance culture. In this leadership role, you’ll mentor and empower your team while aligning account management strategies with business goals—fueling customer success and accelerating revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue from new and existing business, including renewals, new sales, and market share expansion across the territory.
- Continuously refine the annual territory sales strategy through market research and landscape analysis, identifying top opportunities and potential risks.
- Negotiate profitable contracts that enhance Sabre’s revenue and long-term business growth.
- Partner with the sales team to ensure effective account management and drive long-term commercial success.
- Implement structured sales management processes to provide accurate revenue projections and pipeline forecasts.
- Expand Sabre’s market presence by selling new solutions to both existing and prospective customers, meeting annual regional sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, positioning Sabre as an industry leader in the region.
- Deliver regular, in-depth reports on customer activities, sales performance, and market trends to leadership.
- Work closely with marketing, product management, consulting, and customer engagement teams to align strategies with corporate goals.
- Foster collaboration across Sabre’s global teams, driving best practices and process improvements across all regional segments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of sales leadership, account management, or business development experience, preferably in hospitality technology or SaaS.
- Proven success in managing, mentoring, and growing high-performing teams across multiple regions.
- Deep understanding of hospitality technology solutions, including CRS and revenue management tools.
- Extensive knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape and business opportunities.
- Vast network of industry peers, hotel operators and key players across markets
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals, driving negotiations, and implementing best practices in account management to maximize revenue.
- Ability to align sales and account management strategies with business objectives.
- Strong data-driven decision-making skills to optimize team performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams within a global matrix organization.
- Critical thinker with the ability to anticipate challenges, develop creative solutions, and drive process improvements.
