Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment activities
Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation through SharePoint and infotech systems.
Onboarding and Offboarding of employees
Support in Talent Management initiatives as required, including internship programs.
Support the department with all employee welfare initiatives and activities.
Assist in surveys and government grants.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Assist in administrative matters.
Any other duties and HR functions as assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or any other related discipline
At least 1 year working experience in related field.
Knowledgeable in common HR practices and Employment Act
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and multitasker with pleasant personality and good self-initiative
Positive attitude and able to work independently under pressure and as a team player
