Job Responsibilities
Ensure staff attendance are checked and locked on time.
Process end month payroll, CPF submissions, IR21 & IR8A etc within the stipulated timeline.
Attend to employee relation issues and work closely with the operations to manage employee-related matters ( i.e., onboarding of new employees, probationary reviews, evaluations and offboarding of resigned employees etc.)
Perform recruitment activities (Job ads posting, screening interview scheduling, offer and onboarding) , liaise with recruitment agencies on staffing matters.
Able to identify areas of improvement, provide suggestions regarding HR Policies and Procedures, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Welfare and also assist in driving the implementation.
Maintain accurate HR database, input and update employees particulars and information in Infotech
Spearhead and support various HR projects & initiatives.
Ability to draft a proper HR related letters (i.e., Disciplinary, Contracts, Confirmation, Extension of Probation, Promotion, Memo etc.)
Handle insurance related matters (renewal, claims etc.)
Compile and prepare manpower related reports for managements / HQ review.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by HR Manager
