You would assistΒ Asia regional HRMS (Human Resources Management System) CoE (Center of Expertise) on systems-related administrative matters, documentations. You would also play a key role to support and take part in Transformational HR Projects deployment among Asia sites and other ad-hoc systems initiatives together with regional HRMS manager.Β
Responsibilities:
- Support in creating and managing of system documentations, guides, issues documentations concerning Asia region.
- Assist Regional HRMS to co-lead regional Asia and HORIZON global project cycle activities, as assigned.
- Support Regional Asia HRIS (Human Resources Information System) network meetings.
- Perform Basic data analysis for systems/process improvement initiatives at region.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in a similar capacity in an MNC.
- Knowledge of MS office and ERP such as PeopleSoft (HR), Oracle HCM, Business Object,
- Knowledge and experience in SQR/SQL and Power BI are a plus.
- Proficient in Data Management and Compliance.
- Ability to work and collaborate with remote team, and at the same time also able to work independently.
- Excellent in Project Management skill.
