About the Role

As the Talent Development & Administrative staff, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various aspects of the talent development and administration across multiple markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and talent development. 


Human Resources responsibilities:

  • Partner HQ to: 
    • Support local organisational culture-related initiatives
    • Support local employee engagement-related initiatives & events 


Office Administration responsibilities: 

  • Assist with day to day operations of the SG market HR functions and duties
  • Manage recruitment activities (i.e. scheduling of interviews, screening resumes)
  • Manage onboarding for new hires and offboarding 
  • Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in safe custody
  • Perform admin and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner
  • Assist in submitting and reconciling expense reports such as petty cash, employee reimbursements, other company-related expenses.
  • Assist in logistic arrangement with the team
  • Handle other ad hoc projects and assigned duties (To support business team)


Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Diploma
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin
  • Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, Slide)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail.
  • Genuine interest in human resources and talent development 


Other details

  • Preferably able to start in January 2025, minimum commitment period of 4 months
