About the Role
As the Talent Development & Administrative staff, you will be an integral part of our team, supporting various aspects of the talent development and administration across multiple markets. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and talent development.
Human Resources responsibilities:
- Partner HQ to:
- Support local organisational culture-related initiatives
- Support local employee engagement-related initiatives & events
Office Administration responsibilities:
- Assist with day to day operations of the SG market HR functions and duties
- Manage recruitment activities (i.e. scheduling of interviews, screening resumes)
- Manage onboarding for new hires and offboarding
- Ensure all documents are kept and maintained in safe custody
- Perform admin and operational tasks in a timely and accurate manner
- Assist in submitting and reconciling expense reports such as petty cash, employee reimbursements, other company-related expenses.
- Assist in logistic arrangement with the team
- Handle other ad hoc projects and assigned duties (To support business team)
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma
- Proficiency in English & Mandarin
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Word, Excel, Slide)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Genuine interest in human resources and talent development
Other details
- Preferably able to start in January 2025, minimum commitment period of 4 months
