Description
Requirements
- Performs space planning and visualizes in 3D perspective;
- Liaise with vendors and sources for materials and gathers cost estimates from suppliers for budgeting;
- Assists to prepare design proposal with materials, concept images and colour selections;
- Assists in conveying design concept to clients in presentations;
- Assists designers on tender drawings, working drawings and interior finishes specifications;
- Any other adhoc duties which may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
- Positive attitude & meticulous, has an eye for details;
- Good communication & inter-personal skills, team player;
- Fast learner & ability to multi-task & work independently;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
