Intern

To qualify laboratory equipment, including:  

• Quick Vision System used for measuring the orifice dimension of primary component (plug).
• Intrinsic viscometer used for raw material incoming inspection test.

The key deliverables include:

1. Drafting of laboratory equipment qualification documents (e.g., User Requirement Specifications, Qualification Plan, IOPQ Protocol, Summary Report).

2. Execute qualification protocol (IQ, OQ, PQ).

3. Update or create procedures or work instructions for the new equipment. 

4. Conduct training to the end users. 

Aside to the main project, the intern is also expected to assist in routine activities and on-going improvement projects, such as drafting equipment periodic review report and stability study report.
