We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an Intern in the APAC Portfolio, Performance Management & Performance Analytics team. As the APAC Portfolio, Performance Management & Performance Analytics Intern, you will be working with a highly visible and strategic team to drive key projects across the APAC region! You will be integrated into the dynamic APAC team in Haleon, with a specific focus on deploying and implementing region-wide programs that will unlock the enablers of enterprise strategy, including building and implementing a program to drive Consumer First thinking in the organization as well as exposure to other strategy and portfolio projects across APAC.

Number of internship positions: 1

Preferred Period of Internship Required: Jan 2025 – June 2025

Preferred School/Course of Intern: Undergraduate or postgraduate students majoring in Social Sciences, Psychology, Communications, Marketing

Key Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for specific projects in terms of:

  • Designing the program to be inclusive and executed with excellence
  • Working with cross functional teams to gain insights on how the programs could work better via gathering feedback on the current mechanisms
  • And improving on the current programs with this feedback, working with teams across the tech, marketing and CBIA functions to bring it to life

Learning Outcomes:

Throughout the course of the internship, you will attain the following learning outcomes:

  • Develop strong program management skills

  • Work across functions

  • Expose to Regional and Global teams

  • Build organizational skills
