Intern, Business Transformation

• Candidate currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics / Finance / Accounting / Business Analytics / Digital Business Innovation or equivalent.
• Ability to work in diverse work environment, communicate effectively and build relationship inside the organisation.
• Preferred skill(s): MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, PowerBI), or a strong interest to learn MS Power platform tools.

As an intern, you will work closely with our team to support the roll out of assigned internal project(s) from ideation to execution that create value for both our business and users. You will have opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, process analysis, data visualisation and project management. At the end of the assignment, you will gain proficiency in Power BI and other power platform tools to build impactful reports’ visualisation.

Data Analysis and Dashboard Optimisation

• Data gathering and preparation: Collaborate with various teams to gather relevant data from different sources and migrate to Microsoft Power BI. Clean, transform and organise data in an efficient and structured manner to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Power BI dashboard creation: Design and create insightful dashboards from integration of data from multiple sources to address business and operational needs.
• Data analysis: Utilise power tools to build calculation for data analysis and draw actionable insights. Present findings to support key stakeholders to drive informed decision making and improve resource planning.
• Process enhancement and optimisation: Review and improve user-friendliness of existing reports. Collaborate with various stakeholders to share and implement best practices in dashboard design, data visualisation and data governance. 
• Process documentation: Maintain well-organised documentation of the analysis process, methodologies used and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing.

Strategy Management and Support

• Learn about business processes, policies and governance requirements within the organisation. 
• Provide support for ad-hoc analysis, events and other special projects as needed.
