DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES
The intern will work for Marriott's marketing team.
Role and Responsibility:
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Assist in executing loyalty marking activities
- Support loyalty events management, ad-hoc requests and coordination
- Liaise with event, brand and PR agencies
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for loyalty team
- Supports regional destination marketing initiatives across key markets in APEC to drive continent performance goals
- Support with integrated marketing planning of initiatives and campaigns across online and offline channels, to target specific audiences and market segments, ensuring campaign is executed across social, app, email, etc
- Is responsible for executing customer-facing brand communications, not limited to brand-voice copywriting, use of the various assets and materials to ensure a on-brand communication style.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES
- Gain knowledge into the planning and execution of portfolio, loyalty and destination marketing initiatives
- Exposure into planning regional campaigns and initiatives and gathering business data and insights
- Launch internal campaign end to end with clear deliverables
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
We are looking for university student who is passionate, committed, and keen to establish a career in the Development discipline with the following attributes
- Ability to learn quickly and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Detailed-oriented, structured, and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
- Excellent Analytical and Numeracy Skills
QUALIFICATION STANDARD
Education:
- Undergraduate in Business Management, Economics or Marketing preferred
Requirements
- Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass / work holiday pass
- Eligible for undergraduate in a Singapore registered university program / uundergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United States.
- Prepared to commit to a six months’ internship
