Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and contribute to the leasing plan for Junction 8
Conduct research on the retail mall market
Assist with the updating of leasing floor plans
Support with leasing administrative matters such as leasing with tenants to submit Public Liability Insurance, Audited Sales Report etc.
Analyse tenants’ sales data for reporting purposes and provide management, malls and other departments with relevant leasing reports when required
Support any other daily administrative or ad-hoc duties related to leasing
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Facilities Management, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines
Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Detail-oriented and meticulous
Good team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Able to multi-task and deliver work on time and accurately
