We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Quantitative Portfolio Construction Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quantitative analysis and portfolio management while working alongside seasoned professionals in the field.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in the development and implementation of quantitative models for portfolio construction and optimization.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and potential investment opportunities.
  • Support the team in backtesting strategies and evaluating performance metrics.
  • Contribute to the documentation and presentation of research findings and model results.
  • Collaborate with team members on various quantitative research projects.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and research methodologies.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as R, Python, or MATLAB.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with financial markets and investment principles is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for quantitative finance.
