Intern, Supply Chain

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Continuously Review, Improve and Automate Supply Chain Processes with available IT tools. Develop and deploy RPA scripts to streamline repetitive Supply Chain tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Create Strategic and Analytical Microsoft Power BI Dashboards to provide real-time insights and future AI analysis of Supply Chain data
• Supply chain operations benefit from data analytics, fostering strategic predictive insights
• Aligning procurement processes with Lighthouse4.0 standards to enhance digital transformation
• Work with cross-functional teams to discover and prioritize opportunities for automation and process enhancements
• Help assess and integrate new software solutions to improve Supply Chain processes
• Monitor and resolve issues related to automated processes, ensuring minimal disruption

Education & Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain related field with computer science knowledge
   

Skills

• Skilled at finding solutions with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, especially using tools like Microsoft Power BI, RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate), and programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#. Additional tech skills are a bonus.
• Possess strong interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication and collaboration within the team. Enjoy engaging in the process of problem-solving and contribute positively to the team's dynamics.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Adaptable Learner and eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools
