[What the role is]
Join a team of procurement professionals and work closely with NYP stakeholders on the procurement of a wide range of goods and services.

[What you will be working on]

  • Procure goods/services through quotations and tenders.

  • Establish NYP-wide demand aggregation contracts for commonly used goods and services.

  • Serve as a Business Partner to Schools and Departments, developing appropriate procurement strategies, providing procurement advice, handling contract management issues, and resolving matters promptly.

  • Innovate and add value to the procurement process.

  • Hands-on experience with GeBIZ and Cumulus (Workday) systems is a plus.

[What we are looking for]

  • At least 3 years of proven working experience in procurement roles.

  • Meticulous with strong analytical skills.

  • Experience in data analytics and automation.

  • Effective stakeholder management and communication (written and verbal) skills to co-create solutions.

  • Independent with ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.

  • A good team player who is self-driven and service-oriented.
