[What you will be working on]

• Responsible for module development, delivery, project supervision, assessment setting and marking for full-time and part-time courses.

• Coach and mentor both PET and CET learners and be involved in student development activities beyond the classroom.

• Incorporate student feedback and participate in curriculum review to continuously enhance the learning experience.

• Support and guide learners in their holistic development, including providing pastoral care, supervision for projects and competitions.

• Mentor learners during Internship Programme.

• Contribute to cross-departmental projects that impact the institution.

• Develop strong relationships and collaborate on projects with industry partners as well as plan, coordinate and execute events for alumni.

• Participate in the delivery of outreach activities to market the school and course to potential students.

• Perform administrative and academic duties.

[What we are looking for]

• Candidates who can effectively facilitate not just learning but also the development of practical competencies in learners will have a distinct advantage.

• Candidates must possess a genuine passion for fostering growth and developing the untapped potential in each learner.

• Relevant qualification in Banking and/or Finance.

• At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience to develop and teach one or more of the following areas:

  • Risk Management

  • Consumer and/or Corporate Banking

  • Sustainable Finance

  • Fund Management and Administration

  • AI and Data Analytics in Finance

  • Digital Banking and FinTech

  • Blockchain and Decentralised Finance

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the capacity to work well in a team, manage deadlines effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• IT savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytic tools for general tasks, and familiarity with educational software for effective teaching and learning.
