ChampionX has an immediate need for a Logistic Analyst I located in Singapore. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.

What You will do:

  • Work with the production planner for shipment booking by analyzing the production schedules planned.

  • Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.

  • Arrange transportation, deliveries to meet operation demand without delay.

  • Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment to ensure established deadlines are met.

  • To carry out and execute all daily jobs received from customers and ensure that all information is relayed down to the respective Operations Teams at the end of the day

  • To perform billing and ensure the accuracy of the invoices raised

  • To perform data entry into the respective systems in an accurate and timely manner

  • To attend to customers’ requests or calls in a timely and professional manner

  • To do up any reports as and when assigned to by the management.

  • To assist in extracting of information as and when required

  • To verify contractor’s invoices as and when required

  • To co-ordinate with external parties/approved contractors and ensure jobs are carried out per instructions

  • To assist the management for any tasks assigned to from time to time

  • Perform logistics functions, such as export, inventory control and, import and 3PL logistics.

  • Balance several priorities at one time to effectively multi-task throughout the day

  • Maintains a clean, safe, and environmentally compliant work area and inputs information for incident reporting and suggestions for process improvement.

  • Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process.

  • Develop the new work instructions when it is applicable upon new process.

  • Participate in EHCP programs as nominated or projects as assigned.

Position Details

  • Responsible for the logistics and planning adherence of the EHCP operation.

  • Owns the KPI of operation excellence, inventory control, production costs, SIFOT, STO etc set by the management for the warehouse operation.

  • Must be willing to work in Jurong Island.

Minimum Requirements

  • Diploma or relevant education qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years logistic/production planning experience with chemical operation preferred

  • Self-starter with a strong focus on safety and quality.

  • Independent Leader with strong communication and influencing skills

  • Team player with good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Results-oriented with a keen eye for details

  • Ability to direct, train and motivate co-workers

  • Understanding of SAP or any ERP system

Preferred Requirements

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.

  • SAP experience with MM and SD module in SAP is highly desirable.
