Our esteemed client, an established MNC company, is searching for a Logistics & Customer Support Executive:
Job Responsibilities:
- Issue and manage import/export documentation, including delivery orders, insurance documents, invoices, certificates of origin, health certifications, and other paperwork.
- Ensure documentation complies with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by promptly addressing concerns.
- Leverage import/export expertise to boost customer confidence.
- Monitor shipment status and delivery schedules closely to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable for accurate financial tracking.
- Keep documentation organized, up-to-date, and compliant with regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams for audit preparation and address discrepancies proactively.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing import/export documentation.
- Willingness to travel to Taiwan for business support as required.
Additional Information:
- Working Location: Downtown
- Working Hours: Monday toΒ Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Salary: Basic Up to $4,400 + AWS + VB
