Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible to compare, identify information, count, weight or measure item of incoming and outing shipment to verify information against packing list, bills, invoice order or other records
• Conduct Quality and Quantity check on goods and documents
• Timely update of warehouse transaction in ERP system
• Conduct cycle count and ensure stock accuracy & integrity in the warehouse
• Timely process and resolve of stock discrepancy
• Coordinate transport and ensure timely delivery of goods to customer
• Ensure all HSE policy and requirements are met
• Ensure safety and housekeeping in the warehouse
• Oversee warehouse staff on its workshop/ site operations/ transportation, when required
• Oversee warehouse staff on skill development and knowledge required for operations, when required
• Responsible for warehouse purchases and handling of the ad-hoc collection and handling of cash payments, when required
• May operate machinary, tier-lift, forklift or truck to covey, hoisting and transport of items that are managed by warehouse
• Assist in data collection and prepare presentation slides
• Any other duties assigned by Logistic Executive
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
• Relevant 1-3 year of warehouse experience
• Preferred Diploma in engineering, supply chain or business
• Computer Skills
• Order processing in WMS and SAP experience
• Able to perform duties out of office hours, when required
