Maintenance Technicians

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machines in the automation industrial field.
  
• Perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in machinery.
  
• Ensure all equipment operates at optimal performance and complies with safety standards.
  
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, repairs, and equipment performance.
  
• Collaborate with the operations team to schedule preventive maintenance tasks and minimize downtime
  
• Support the implementation of system upgrades and new equipment installations.
  
• Ensure adherence to workplace safety guidelines and proper use of protective equipment.
  
• Provide technical guidance to junior staff as required.
  

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 3-5 years of experience.
  
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 2-3 years of experience.
  
• 2-5 years of proven experience in industrial machine troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair, particularly in the automation industry.
  
• BCA SEC (K) Certification is mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in English (read and speak).
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic systems in industrial machinery.
  
• Expertise in diagnosing mechanical and automation-related issues.
  
• Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
  
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and equipment manuals.
  
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and management.
  
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Age Range: 25-45 years.
  
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of industrial maintenance work.
  
• Flexibility to work night shifts and occasional overtime, as needed.
