Job Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end eCommerce operations, including order management, supply chain, inventory planning, and customer service
- Drive operational project initiatives to enhance eCommerce processes, addressing both standard and unique solution requirements
- Oversee complete order processing in SAP, covering tasks like order entry, administration, and shipping
- Monitor and ensure all orders are processed in line with fulfillment SOPs
- Manage inventory allocation and implement replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels of high-demand items
- Address order-related queries through ticketing systems
- Perform SAP inventory reconciliation with warehouse data
- Oversee returned merchandise in warehouses and coordinate with service providers for optimal resource usage
- Collaborate with relevant departments to manage excess and obsolete inventory, minimizing business risk
- Maintain and manage data for regular performance metric reporting to management
Pre-Requisites :
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Supply Chain/Logistics Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in the consumer electronics industry
- Skilled at working in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- SAP ECC knowledge is a plus
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and effective communication skills
- Independent problem-solver and collaborative team player with a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Proven people management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate direct reports and effectively collaborate within a matrix organization
