Manufacturing Engineer 3

Responsible for managing engineering projects and providing technical leadership to a team. This role involves reviewing designs, ensuring project compliance and quality, mentoring team members, and serving as a key contact for stakeholders.

• Oversee and coordinate engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers.
• Review designs, specifications, and production processes for compliance and optimization.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
• Serve as the main point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Recognized degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing projects and delivering results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
