Position Title: Manufacturing Engineer/ Assembly Engineer
Working Location: Woodlands
Working Hours: 5 days, Monday to Friday (8.30 am-6.15 pm)
Salary Package: Basic + OT + Allowances + Performance Bonus
Duration: Full Time/ Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Perform manpower schedule and record man-hours plan and used daily.
Prepare capacity plan vs actual weekly. And present it during team meetings (Weekly)
Preparation and ensuring all materials are ready for continuity of job. Eg-Packing materials, pallets, accessories, etc.
Daily update of materials pack status via MPS and ready to ship without delay.
Develop Workflow for different projects with guides/work instruction/process control plan.
Maintain all packing equipment in top working condition by scheduling all maintenance needs, repairing and applying 5S on the production floor.
Perform routine checks on machine(s) and equipment(s assigned. Ensure that maintenance report is updated daily.
Prepare Tools Box meeting for month-end closing.
