Description
- Perform assembly builds and conduct tests as scheduled and according to required specifications, schematic drawings and work instructions.
- Report manufacturing problems and assist Manufacturing Engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
- Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Have a quality mindset.
Responsibilities
- Perform fluid flow behaviours and fluid mechanics with particular applications in air compressors, gas and vapour cycles
- To comprehend schematic / mechanical drawing
- Perform and ensure that assembly builds and test are completed as scheduled and according to required specifications, drawings and work instruction.
- Perform test on the material strength in the design of machine structures and elements.
- Perform testing using computer-aided machining for testing
- Understanding electronics and semiconductor devices usage and the benefit.
- Perform housekeeping and comply with manufacturing discipline and cleanroom protocol.
- Perform material properties tests and material processing methods and different material failure mode
- Report and assist Engineers in problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- NITEC/or Higher NITEC in Engineering at the minimum, with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing Experience
- Diploma in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics Engineering with 1 to 2 years manufacturing experience.
- Able to read and understand schematic/ mechanical drawings
- Capable of independently carryout assembly of <2 Processes on a single Platform.
- Experience in Gas Box, Panels assembly for the Semicon Industry and the various applications preferred
- Willing to work in cleanroom environment with shift system (12-hour shift): 8 am to 8 pm and 8 pm to 8 am
- Entry level candidates are welcome
- Rotating shift day/ night once a quarter or once in 2 quarters
- 3-4 / 4-3 shift pattern
- Working attire: Full jumpsuit with mask
