Providing administrative support such as answering phones, general office management including order, invoicing and delivery management, data entry duties and follow up on the customer enquiries via emails correspondences.
In-charge of day-to-day operations of admin and marketing duties.
Assist in preparation of monthly management reports and data analysis for marketing department.
Participate in marketing projects and duties assigned by the Manager from time to time.
Make cold calls and relay call scripts to schedule appointments with potential prospects for Marketing Team.
Assist in planning and executing Marketing campaigns.
Assist in distributing marketing materials.
Demonstrate ability to secure appointments with key decision makers.
Research market/industry/competitor information for marketing and idea development.
Ad-hoc sales support and any other ad-hoc duties apply if needed.
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration/ Real Estate Management/ Building Facilities/ Marketing Management or equivalent
At least 2 years of relevant working experiences in administrative support
Good written and interpersonal communication skills
Effectively bilingual
Possess initiative and good phone etiquette.
Able to work under pressure & in a fast-paced environment.
Strong language proficiency (Bilingual is an added bonus)
Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
