Promote and support NUS Enterprise initiatives through various digital marketing and communications channels, as well as online/offline events
Conceptualise and execute marcoms-related projects such as short-form videos, campaign-related collaterals, marketing assets for NUS Enterprise events, programmes and initiatives
Content writing, editing and proof-reading of articles, digital assets, and collaterals
Support the Marcom team in updating the events, social media, content calendars
Data analysis for research, social media tracking, and report generation
Perform ad-hoc administrative and logistics duties as assigned.
Requirements
Experience in marcomms roles (either full-time / part-time / internship) and possess a Diploma, “A” Level, or other relevant certification.
Experience in events/programme management/project management
Basic designing skills, and able to use design software (ie Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign etc.)
Proactive, able to write well and capture highlights from interviewees and events
Basic Microsoft office competency (ie Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
Basic video editing skills, and able to use video-editing software (i.e Premiere Pro, CapCut etc.)
Able to operate a DSLR for photo and video taking.
Excellent command of English – strong verbal, writing and editing skills
Good sense of aesthetics and understands the value of a strong visual brand identity
A meticulous and resourceful individual. Able to learn, work and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
