You will:

  • Formulate and execute a social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms that is aligned with YouTrip’s unique brand voice and objectives. 
  • Be the face of YouTrip on social media, creating relatable and authentic on-camera content that strengthens the brand's connection with its audience.
  • Produce engaging and creative content, with an emphasis on creating viral videos that boost brand awareness 
  • Align social media initiatives with broader marketing goals, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all channels.
  • Be responsible for driving organic performance such as platform growth and engagement across key social media channels
  • Identify and capitalize on trending topics, memes, and cultural moments to keep our content hyper-relevant and relatable
  • Provide reporting and analysis of platform performance and optimise content through data-driven insights 
  • Work closely with the marketing team to curate social-driven campaigns to acquire and engage with users


You are:

  • A social native – You have a strong awareness of emerging trends and behaviors on social media and are able to interpret digital culture to drive business objectives. You should possess a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry experience. 
  • A creative storyteller – You have a knack for crafting compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences, turning complex ideas into engaging and digestible content.
  • A content creation expert – You have deep experience in content creation for social media using editing tools such as Photoshop or Video-Editing tools. You are comfortable being in front of the camera and creating content representing the YouTrip brand. 
  • A fearless self-starter – You dare to push the creative boundaries, implement new ideas and test new formats to drive brand presence on social media.
  • Data-driven – You have a detailed understanding of social analytics and ability to synthesise data into actionable insights.
