The primary objective of this role is to assist the marketing department with advertising and promotional efforts. Main duties include coordinating social media campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist the Marketing Team in planning and launching marketing campaigns to promote brand awareness, room bookings, and F&B initiatives
  • Assist in updating website content
  • Help create EDMs and update transactional templates in the CRM system (Revinate)
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager to post content across all social media channels
  • Assist in reporting on social media marketing, website performance, and marketing campaigns
  • Support property marketing audits

    • EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

    • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or Business Management

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail

    • Enthusiastic, willing to learn, and open to new challenges

    • Possesses a positive work attitude and is highly self-motivated

    • Minimum internship period: 6 months
