About the job:
As a .NET Developer Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the development, testing, and maintenance of C#, ASP.NET, and MVC web applications that meet the project requirements. This role is designed to help you develop your skills in both back-end and front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Youβll gain valuable experience in coding, debugging, and collaborating with a team to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing, testing, and maintaining C#, ASP.NET, and MVC web applications in line with project requirements.
- Implement necessary functionality in the user interface using front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Write efficient and optimized code that adheres to industry standards and project specifications.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues in the code, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to ensure timely project delivery that meets quality standards.
- Create and maintain documentation for code and processes to ensure clarity and ease of maintenance for other team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in .NET and front-end development.
- Participate in training sessions, learn new skills, and pursue relevant certifications as required by the organization.
Requirements and Qualification:
- Basic knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and MVC.
- Some experience or coursework in software development.
- Familiarity with source control systems like GIT is a plus.
- Understanding of Agile development is beneficial.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or front-end frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
- Familiarity with MS SQL and SOLR is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
