Part Time Cleaner

Responsibilities:

• Carry out general cleaning which includes sweeping, mopping, cleaning toilet, polishing the stores, bar, kitchen and equipment.
• Responsible for ensuring the kitchen, all kitchen equipment, all surfaces, serving ware, dish ware are clean and sanitized.
• Scraping food from dirty dishes and washing the used dishes and kitchen utensils.
• Collects and removes trash from all areas of the operation and dispose of waste as per store and authority standards.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained at all times.
• Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
• Adhere to all sanitation guidelines.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirements:

• Physically fit.
• Experience in using a dishwashing machine would be a benefit.
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to work in different outlets/locations if needed.
• Working location at Neil Road (nearest MRT is Outram Park MRT).
• Pay rate $15 per hour.
