Your Role

As PR & Communications Manager, you will lead internal and external communications, helping build our business, brand and community engagement. This dynamic role requires a creative, connected individual who can balance diverse responsibilities and stakeholders. You will thrive in our fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, building relationships and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop & implement communication plan for Cinch
• Engage both B2C and B2B customers through community building initiatives
• Create, deliver media and digital communication strategies with clear goals, KPIs
• Collaborate with Cinch leadership, secure impactful branding and media opportunities
• Build relationships with journalists, influencers, Government, other stakeholders
• Pitch stories, monitor media trends and track campaign performance
• Manage Cinch’s shared, earned, and owned communication channels
• Plan events (press conferences, launches), create multimedia content
• Draft engaging press releases, articles, blog posts with SEO KPIs

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years in integrated marketing communications (agency or in-house)
• Strong storytelling ability and communication skills (written/verbal)
• Experience in media engagement, social media, event planning
• Strategic, creative thinker with solution-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, related field
• Proficiency in social media, community management and SEO
• Existing media contacts, business network in Southeast Asia
