Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and execute the regional marketing plans and programs in-line with Global and Theater strategic Marketing direction.
- Deploy successfully marketing campaigns from planning, budgeting, overseeing marketing materials, execution to reporting.
- Must be able to lead and develop new plans to create Demand Generation and support changes in the Business Units direction.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights to targeted markets / customer profiles through the proper tracking and analysis activity results.
- Establish a communication framework to effectively deliver Public Relations and Brand Awareness programs.
- Experiment with a variety of digital initiatives to reach organic and paid acquisition channels to increase brand mindshare and conversions.
- Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure communication objectives are met within schedule and budget.
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders like the distributors and support them on the proper use of allocated marketing development funds.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a B2B regional marketing role with some technical product information on the Data Centre and/or Industrial Electrical industries.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Project management experience with the ability to multi-task and manage deliverables in a timely manner and within budget.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding and experience in various digital platforms such as social media, Google Adwords, YouTube Ads.
- Knowledge and experience in the use of photo and video editing tools.
- Process Marketo automation tool knowledge is a plus.
- 15 -20% regional travel
