- Minimum qualification of Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' (RTO) experience in the supervision of M&E installation for local Hospital/Healthcare/Institution/Commercial developments
- Familiar with local codes and regulations
