The Retail Excellence Intern will play a key role in supporting our dynamic Retail Excellence teams across Tiffany & Co., South Asia Pacific. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Retail Learning, Performance and Operations while witnessing the real-world application of luxury retail concepts in a luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Animate our SAPAC Retail Excellence community (organize and chair monthly calls, coordinate team seminars and recognition trips, etc.)
- Support with any ad-hoc transversal projects
Retail Operations
- Organize and animate the Back-of-House community
- Support the operations of our regional High Jewelry events
- Follow-up with Hospitality and Uniforms orders across the region
Retail Learning
- Collaborate with HR on learning catalogue for retail and office teams
- Create a library of resources for store leaders
Retail Performance
- Prepare reporting, optimize dashboards and recommend improvements
- Support in driving performance through commission & incentive reporting
- Identify successes & opportunities in Mystery Shopping and Voice of Client surveys
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive
- Attention to detail and accuracy
