How You Add Value
(Including but are not limited to)
- Support the team in optimizing insurance coverage for APAC via the global / regional program, as appropriate..
- Provide supporting documents on insurance related reports, as and when necessary.
- Work closely with Revantage Asia, Head of Risk & Insurance and other cross-functional teams in creating a Risk and Insurance information system with related tools (e.g. Origami and Dealpath Onboarding System) that support the risk platform.
- Monitor timely loading up of e-policies and insurance valuation reports on GAMS, which is an external e-portal.
- Assist in the transitional process of GAMS and Origami
- Provide assistance to the team in preparing materials for insurance presentations, trainings or road shows, including the creation of an asset location map for each country within the APAC region.
- Provide assistance in the setting up of a captive insurance company in Asia Pacific, when required.
- Support, direct and manage the services provided by local or regional appointed insurance brokers.
- Assist in providing insurance and risk related reports, claims analysis, terrorism and catastrophic loss related analysis and ad-hoc administrative tasks when required.
- Assist in the organization of the e-folders within the Risk & Insurance team and assisting in the preparation processes for any inter-sign off or approvals.
