The Senior Executive plays an instrumental role in supporting the Faculty Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management process within the University.
Responsibilities
Manage Faculty HR matters which includes administering and processing the Appointment, Reappointment, Promotion & Tenure and Exit Management
Provide HR advisory support on process and procedure
Provide secretariat support to the schoolβs level Faculty HR committees
May be involved in supporting University level meetings
Participate in projects/process reviews
Requirements
Human Resource, Social Sciences or Business related Diploma or Degree
Strong writing skills is essential
Good interpersonal, communication and organisation skills
Meticulous and a service-oriented mind-set
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Acrobat applications
