Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the UKG Kronos time and attendance system, ensuring accuracy in time tracking and compliance with company policies.
- Manage payroll processing, including data validation, troubleshooting discrepancies, and liaising with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution.
- Act as the initial point of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll.
- Provide support in benefits administration, assisting employees with benefits inquiries, enrollment, and ensuring compliance with policies.
- Provide support in annual budgeting and allocation.
- Maintain and update HR records related to payroll, benefits, and attendance.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures related to payroll, timekeeping, and benefits.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
- Conduct training sessions and guide employees on payroll, timekeeping, and benefits-related processes.
- Stay updated on labor laws and compliance requirements related to payroll and benefits.
- Review and streamline processes to achieve operational efficiency.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of HR experience, with a focus on payroll processing, time and attendance systems, and benefits administration.
Skills
- Experience with UKG Kronos will be an advantage or other time and attendance systems.
- Knowledge of payroll regulations, labor laws, and benefits administration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Oracle) as well as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
