Job Responsibilities
You will lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support to all NUHS institutions in accordance with our service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs). The scope covers the entire end-to-end employee lifecycle administration ranging from onboarding through to employment contract management and offboarding. You will manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of complex issues and improve the overall service quality of the team. Besides ensuring the work processes are in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, you will also be responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and system enhancements. As a key HR shared service partner, you will be required to actively engage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders from the NUHS HR community. You will also be appointed as a key point of liaison for the assigned NUHS institution on matters relating to service delivery and implementation.
