Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect
  • Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned buildings and/or workspace amenities accounts
  • Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendations of workspace amenities to prospects
  • Translate leads/ opportunities into deal closures
  • Work with asset managers to maximize building occupancy/revenue
  • Monitor market trends in supply and demand of business space
  • Establish a strong network with tenants and retailers and to help them to expand within our portfolio

Commercial and Financial Acumen

  • Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
  • Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analyzing variances
  • Initiate and close-out transactions to meet target plan
  • Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs

The Company may assign portfolios or roles in addition to those above and/or vary the scope of responsibilities according to business requirements.

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
  • Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
  • Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong report writing and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
