Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Identify prospective tenants and conduct site viewings with them, thereafter, dealing with any follow-ups with prospect
- Lead negotiations for new leases of portfolio, renewals, expansions, and consolidations of assigned buildings and/or workspace amenities accounts
- Handle leasing enquiries and make necessary recommendations of workspace amenities to prospects
- Translate leads/ opportunities into deal closures
- Work with asset managers to maximize building occupancy/revenue
- Monitor market trends in supply and demand of business space
- Establish a strong network with tenants and retailers and to help them to expand within our portfolio
Commercial and Financial Acumen
- Forecast revenue routinely through portfolio and lease assessments
- Prepare rental reports, cash flows and analyzing variances
- Initiate and close-out transactions to meet target plan
- Understand asset profitability to contribute solutions to improve whilst meeting tenant occupational needs
The Company may assign portfolios or roles in addition to those above and/or vary the scope of responsibilities according to business requirements.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Estate Management, Building or equivalent
- Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in similar capacity
- Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
- Possess positive disposition and resourcefulness and a team player
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong report writing and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and an eye for detail
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure with tight deadlines
