- Responsible for business development in Agency channel and Income Advisory Group
- Engage key stakeholders to drive sales directions successfully
- Develop strong relationship with agents at ground level to drive desired behaviours
- Able to run organisation events from planning to execution stages
- Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, assess potential risks and propose solutions
- Strategize and develop campaigns and marketing plans for channels
- Oversee and execute sales activities and initiatives to achieve sales targets
- Provide monthly sales performance report and generate campaigns report updates regularly
- Review the competencies of agents
- Conduct monthly branch sharing
- Conduct product and sales concept selling trainings for agents
- Handle enquiries from front-liners and channels
- Handle complaints/feedbacks
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline
- Minimum of 2 years’ experiences of business development in agency and/or FA channels are preferred.
- Proven track record in managing sales activities and driving sales performance
- Agility to deal with market challenges and keep abreast of developments
- Strong in people skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Meticulous and strong execution skills
- Ability to handle agents with speed and tact
