Job description:

  • Responsible for business development in Agency channel and Income Advisory Group
  • Engage key stakeholders to drive sales directions successfully
  • Develop strong relationship with agents at ground level to drive desired behaviours
  • Able to run organisation events from planning to execution stages     
  • Analyse sales trends to identify opportunities, assess potential risks and propose solutions
  • Strategize and develop campaigns and marketing plans for channels 
  • Oversee and execute sales activities and initiatives to achieve sales targets 
  • Provide monthly sales performance report and generate campaigns report updates regularly
  • Review the competencies of agents 
  • Conduct monthly branch sharing 
  • Conduct product and sales concept selling trainings for agents
  • Handle enquiries from front-liners and channels 
  • Handle complaints/feedbacks

Requirements: 

  • Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline 
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiences of business development in agency and/or FA channels are preferred.
  • Proven track record in managing sales activities and driving sales performance
  • Agility to deal with market challenges and keep abreast of developments 
  • Strong in people skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Meticulous and strong execution skills 
  • Ability to handle agents with speed and tact
