Responsibilities:
- Drive content strategy for social channels
- Manage Education social marketing strategies and execution plans
- Work with agency to deliver timely rollout of plans, insights and performance reports
- Build creative briefs and manage campaigns to support our marketing initiatives to reach educators, parents etc
- Provide social intelligence and inspiration on integrated campaigns
- Provide regular updates on social trends, platforms, target audience behaviours, insights on key markets and other brands
- Track and provide weekly progress reports on campaign performance metrics and analytics to optimise social content performance
Requirements - 5-8 years of experience in marketing/advertising with at least 3 years focusing on social marketing
- Proficiency with social platforms from strategic and feature based perspectives
- Heavy user of social platforms, intuitive understanding of behavioral and technology trends
- Agency experience on brands with brands passionate social communities
- Experience with all components of social: strategy, community management, analytics, handles, campaigns, real time moments, events, paid, talent, production and creative social tools
- Good understanding of creative and good taste/POV on creative work
- Great team player, proactive, hard worker, organized
- Proven track record of leading work that is best in class social and made an impact in culture
- Knowledge or experience of the education market a plus
- Bachelor's degree required. MBA or other professional degree a plus
