Responsibilities

Content Creation:

  • Utilize social media marketing tools to build and maintain the brand presence for American Tourister and Lipault Paris on Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms.
  • Develop and manage editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Design, generate, edit, publish, and share visually appealing daily content to foster meaningful connections and drive community egagement.
  • Align with and stay updated on the marketing directives and initiatives of the brands and company.

Community Management:

  • Moderate user-generated content following community guidelines.
  • Provide weekly reports on social media engagements within the community.
  • Monitor the success of the community and social media activities in alignment with the overall marketing strategy.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth of the fanbase for American Tourister and Lipault Paris brands by implementing strategies that drive community engagement and increase followers.
  • Work towards driving conversions on social media platforms through innovative content and strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to relay customer feedback insights gained from online conversations.
  • Stay abreast of the latest social media tools, trends, and technologies, informing management of relevant changes.


Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Social Media Specialist.
  • Cutting-edge interest in social media with a keen awareness of its evolving landscape.
  • Design-savvy with skills in Photoshop, Illustrator and other visual/video software platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and make actionable decisions.
  • High attention to detail, excellent grammar, and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital media principles (SEO/SEM, paid media, Google Analytics).
  • Outstanding organizational skills, ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in various tools (reporting, listening, publishing, Meta, TikTok and Google advertising platforms).
