We're seeking a driven, analytically-minded Strategic Marketing Communication Intern to join our innovative team. You'll work within the Strategy Team, reporting to the Head of Strategy & Transformation, to apply your academic marketing knowledge to solve real business challenges. On any given day, you might find yourself crafting trend-driven stories, developing integrated marketing strategies, or diving deep into market research to uncover valuable insights. What you'll give us:

  • Creative writing skills to develop engaging content across various platforms
  • Active involvement in brainstorm sessions to come up with big ideas for existing clients and new business
  • Willingness to dive deep into industry, competitive and client research, uncovering consumer insights and customer problems
  • An ability to summarise complex information into easy-to-understand insights
  • Proactive involvement in our client’s digital marketing initiatives, including social media and electronic direct mail
  • Research-based collaboration with colleagues in Creative, Marketing, Account Management, and Tech Development

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Degree or Diploma - this internship is for professional placement experience or during your holidays (minimum 10 week engagement)
  • Strong academic background with a marketing or communications specialism
  • Demonstrated interest in content marketing, user experience design, and integrated marketing communications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for creative writing
  • Interest in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to derive actionable insights
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and their role in marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
