Summer Internship 2025 - External Funds Management

Key Responsibilities Include

1. Due Diligence Support:

• Assist in the due diligence process for onboarding new investment funds, conducting both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
• Review fund managers’ strategies, performance, and investment approaches under guidance.
• Help track market trends and fund characteristics to identify potential investment opportunities.

2. Investment Funds Monitoring:

• Work with the team to monitor fund performance, comparing it against benchmarks and objectives.
• Help prepare reports and presentations that summarize fund reviews and provide recommendations.
• Participate in discussions to assess potential fund reallocation or strategy adjustments.

3. Governance and Compliance:

• Support the team in maintaining governance frameworks related to fund selection and oversight.
• Help develop and refine investment policies and procedures. Contribute to analytical reports for client presentations and business development efforts.
• Engage with external fund managers and other industry professionals to learn about current market developments.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

• Collaborate with team members across different functions, such as risk management, compliance, and operations.
• Participate in team discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions focused on best practices for fund analysis.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Interest in investment analysis, financial products and a desire to build a career in asset management or financial services.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to learn how to interpret financial data and market trends.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Knowledge of investment research platforms like Morningstar or Bloomberg is advantageous but not required.
