DescriptionThis role offers the opportunity to work closely with the larger HR team to support talent attraction activities. You will gain hands-on experience in providing a seamless and meaningful experience for both internal employees and external candidates.
As part of the internship, you will:
- Gain an overview of daily recruitment operations, including exposure to talent management activities.
- Partner with a Talent Attraction mentor to develop a deep understanding of our business and hiring needs, enabling you to contribute to recruitment efforts and initiatives effectively.
- Support the hiring process for Financial Advisors as well as Corporate Function roles.
- Execute tactical research, referrals, and sourcing campaigns to identify, engage, and activate active and passive candidates.
- Learn and utilize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to support recruitment and employment processes.
- Assist the team with ad-hoc strategic projects focused on process improvements, employer branding initiatives, and other relevant HR activities.
- Support other relevant projects and tasks as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance and demonstrated extracurricular leadership.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to analyze data and create reports.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Results-oriented and solutions-driven mindset.
